As we’re almost entering the last month of 2020, I started to look at my shelves and think: ‘Which of these books do I really want to read before the start of 2021?’ This blog post is based on these thoughts!

- To Sleep in a Sea of Stars – Christopher Paolini
This year, I received a partial advanced reader copy of To Sleep in a Sea of Stars by Christopher Paolini. As this was a partial reading copy, I decided to buy the full copy and I’m very excited to dive further into the story! I think this book will be quite the challenge for me, as it counts 880 pages, but: challenge accepted.
- Dear Edward – Ann Napolitano
As this was one of my most anticipated reads of 2020, I feel like it would be only right to finish this book in 2020. I’ve actually already started this one and I’m about a 100 pages in, so finishing this one will be guaranteed.
- Nine Perfect Strangers – Liane Moriarty
After reading (& watching) Big Little Lies, I am so intrigued by the writing of Liane Moriarty. I recently found a used copy of Nine Perfect Strangers so let’s see if I’m just as intrigued by this book as I was by Big Little Lies.
- The House I Loved – Tatiana de Rosnay
I bought this book in a used book shop as the synopsis intrigued me. I had never heard of it before, so this is a book I don’t really know anything about. It is a historical fiction book, which I love from time to time.
- The Last Letter from your Lover – Jojo Moyes
As this book is being made into a movie, I really want to read it before it releases. I think it will release in the first half of 2021, so I’m determined to read the book before the movie releases!
What are some books that you want to read before 2020 ends?
